T-shirt Design Brief

We need a graphic designed for a tee shirt/hoodie. I am including three files. One is a very rough sketch of what I want it to say and the general style, one is a photo of a tee shirt I found that is similar to the type of design I'm looking for and the third is the logo to be used in the middle. I would like bold/modern fonts for the lettering. In the sample design they use white but I would like to use gray. For the triangle logo I would like to turn it from white to gray if possible, it will be going on a black shirt.
