Logo Design Brief

We are a second generation family business needing to replace the existing company logo sign on the front of our manufacturing facility because the old one is falling apart. The company name spelling was changed 5 years ago to single "A" spelling of "Advantage" from double "AA" and our logo was updated at that time. The logo attached we use for marketing materials doesn't have much spacing in it and therefore might not be good for a building type of logo in terms of visibility from a distance so we are looking to take the existing logo essence including the colors and transform it into something more legible for a building logo. We will also consider submissions for a new logo overall to use in marketing material if we really like! Please show proposed designs on white background and on the building for comparison.
