Logo Design Brief

We want a vector square logo designed that is very similar to Image 1 in the look and feel with the clocktower and building in Image 2 incorporated into it using the same illustrative techniques used in Image 1. Text to be very similar to Image 1 (This is for a heritage district in a small town) In the end we are looking for the watercolour illustrative effect on the Clocktower and building along with 1 or 2 other buildings, perhaps a tree and lamp post.
