Hello Project Owner,
We can do the project in Adobe InDesign. But for 103 pages the budget is really very very small. We have seen the document, it has some similar pages too. Except for those similar pages, the task is quite big. We think the budget will need to increase as per the job task.
In fact, the budget is fair enough to design 8-10 pages of documents.
We hope you can understand the scenerio.
We think after final design selection you can discuss the matter with the winner and then increase the job budget.
