Logo Design Brief

I require a logo design for my company.
I would like to focus on "N P" as the company name is very long.
The logo must have flair, be bold, and NOT look like a corporate logo
I've attached some example that I like, but do require the help of a professional that make make this better.
I will also need the logo to be in high res and all the usual file types.
