T-shirt Design Brief

I need a shirt for Row'd Royalty's mid-way, one-weekend competition. Which will be an annual, international, online rowing competition. There will be three workouts posted in one day that are to be completed on a Concept 2 rower by the end of the weekend. I want to emphasize the "RR" and make sure it says "Summer Splash". It doesn't need to have a year printed on it, but if it looks cool I'd be willing to see it! I'd like it to have the word "Athlete" or "Competitor" written separately on it as well.
