Logo Design Brief

A logo for a casual Italian grill restaurant. Main focus - grill
The name of the restaurant is GRIGLIA. The problem is pronunciation, the second 'G' is silent. Hence the idea is to cross it with a meat serving fork.
The main colour should be dark (black, dark green, burgundy, dark moron) with signage in flame colour (dark yellow or orange)
Please refer to the attachment for the idea.

we need to have a symbol incorporated to the logo that can also be used separately (maybe meat fork?)
Another option, maybe first 'G' in the name can be decorative and that G will be used as a separate symbol.
