Logo Design Brief

I need a new logo that is modern, fresh and has an element of balance to it. My company is called Living Balance and we help people improve health and wellbeing naturally. Our concept is that everyone is designed to be healthy, but there are certain requirements that need to be met in order to experience optimal health. We have step by step guides that we call Life by Design to help people meet these requirements. The logo needs to be professional, modern, minimalistic or abstract. Im open to wordmarks and letter marks so long as they are balanced, pictures or icons need to represent balance and/or the brain-body connection. I like matte colour schemes, using greens, orange and grey, but open to other brighter colour schemes if there is contrast
I have uploaded a copy of my current logo that is no longer reflective or relevant to what my business represents now, its over 15yrs old.

This logo will be used in multiple formats and backgrounds and needs to be utilised as a transparent watermark, so simplicity is key.

I do not want the word chiropractic to appear in the logo.
But my tag line is: exceptional heath, by design.
I also don't necessarily want it incorporated in the logo.
