Logo Design Brief

I am starting a custom woodworking business in western Colorado. I need a logo for my website and business cards. Something elegant, incorporates woodworking tools like chisels, mallets, planers and saws. The design needs to be simple to a point, as I will also use this for a brand to stamp on items made. I would like the USA flag incorporated in the website or logo, but the design should be elegant and simple primarily.
