Hello,

I received an invite from you and have looked at the project. I am hoping for some clarification, please, before I accept.

"Must Have:
- The colors I provided are the paint colors being used in the pool/lounge area so the logo colors should work with those but don't need to be those exact colors. The logo should be upscale but have a bit of summer/fun vibe at the same time."

There are, however, two sets of colors provided--the hex code swatches and the paint samples in the download. Are the hex code swatches your preferred suggestions for what might work with the paint samples?

The hex code swatches seem represent the food truck example so I'm hoping you can provide some clarification, please, about their origin and their relationship to the project requirements. How much freedom is there in choosing colors to go with the paint samples in the download? Thank you!

Hi,

The brief presents some contradictions:

- it should NOT be too tropical feeling.

- The logo should be upscale but have a bit of summer/fun vibe.

- I've included an example of the style and look of a food truck design that we see this logo going on.

- I'm also not looking for a logo that looks like the example food truck.

Could you please update the brief?

Thanks

Hi there -

The paint colors are the colors of the buildings in the pool area. The hex colors are generally the palette I felt the logo would be to work alongside those but there is totally flexibility on the colors of the logo itself as long as it will fit in that overall palette. So the truck itself might be a brighter blue (or other color) that works with whatever the logo ends up being.

Does that make sense?
