T-shirt Design Brief

Looking for something fun and creative in a T-shirt that we can give to employees. We are a service industry leader in residential and commercial carpet, duct, area rug cleaning as well as flooring installation. We are green company and own 3 franchises (Minnesota, St Louis and Pittsburgh). I want this to be fun and full of color, can include such things as sports, the different markets or points of interests in the cities we work in, the services we provide and the great people that work here. Creative is the key and relates to who we are and what we do. Our logo and other items I can share need to be in their specific colors, etc. which I have included one logo as a example but would like to incorporate as many as we can as they fit into the theme of the T-shirt. We are just getting through COVID-19 and we have been there since the start working since this all began. The final design should again be fun but promote our people, our company/brand and how great they/we are and the importance of our core values. I'd be happy to share more if necessary.
