Home page website design with inner page design for template. Details below as well as in txt document included

Project Description: New website for a current client ( FCLB ) .. current website is located at https://www.fclb.org/Home.aspx

I need a home page design with an inner page design that will be used as a template ( 2 pages )

Logo is attached

Every page has to include the mission and vision. See below

Every page needs to include the phone number on the header and footer


Main navigation links ( they are going to be different from current website ). Since most of these links are going to have sub-menus, please show the rollover affect. I have included the sub-menu options for "Get Started". The sub-menu should not be in a "list style" because the sub-menu links are categorized in some cases. A good example on their current website is to roll over the "Services" link in the main navigation

Inner page specifics:

The inner page should look similar to the home page at the header and footer areas then have a large area for content. No large images or anything like that needed..

IMPORTANT... ONLY USE GRAPHICS/IMAGES from istock photo. ( https://www.istockphoto.com/ ) This is important because we have an account with them so you can use the watermarked images then when I build the website I can easily purchase the licensing rights for those images. You dont' need an account to do searches, locate images and use the water marked image in the design.
