This class is an opportunity to learn to meditate during a stressful time I will teach meditation techniques and lead a 20 minute meditation . After meditation ,I will offer space for a group chat. a place to share and let go . I underwent several IVF treatments and have experienced the need for group healing . My IVF treatment lead me to meditation.
