Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for our brand Italian Makers. We produce high quality leather shoes using the best leather hides on the market. All our shoes are handmade in Italy.
The logo must be composed of a symbol and the text "Italian Makers". It must be monochrome and also it should contain the text "HANDMADE IN ITALY" in small font.
What the logo should consist of:
1) Should have the shape/lines of the leather symbol (see attachment);
2) Should contain a monogram of the letters I and M;

Requirements

Must have

• The logo must have the form of a leather hide symbol.
  The logo has to be monochrome.

Nice to have

• 1) Should have the shape/lines of the leather symbol (see attachment);
  2) Should contain a monogram of the letters I and M;
  3) (Just an idea) Should have a crown on top of it.
  
  Anything that could combine all of these angles would be perfect.

Should not have

• The word "Makers" must not be smaller than the word "Italian".
  Please don't use :
  Map of Italy;
  Flag of Italy;
  The Colosseum;
  more than one color.
