Illustration Design Brief

I am looking for someone to design my avatar. I am a dark romance author and my brand is "Queen of the moody alpha male." I have attached three images.
Concept: A guy is putting a crown on my head. He is standing behind me. I am facing the forward. I am excited to be receiving my crown.
Images attached detailed:
One: The position of the guy behind me.
Two: The general position I want to be in.
Three: The crown.
Four and FIVE: Pictures of me. I am blonde. Hazel-gold eyes.
Six: A picture of my book cover, for colours, feel, and typography.
Seven: The style of graphic I would like. : -)
IMPORTANT:
One: I want the guy putting the crown on my head. He has to have full sleeves of tattoos on both arms. Vibrant and interesting.
Two: I need to look sweet, and excited.
Three: Somewhere on the image I want it to say, "Queen Of The Moody Alpha Male."
Four: This is branding. It needs to look professional.
Five: My brand colours are blues, black, and pink.
Six: The guy should look dangerous and maybe shadowed while I am in the light.
