Logo Design Brief

Fort Pierce Utilities Authority (FPUA) located in Fort Pierce FL is in need of a logo for their Weatherization Education Outreach Program (WEOP). This program began in October 2013 to assist income-qualified customers to weatherize their homes. The ultimate goal is to help customers decrease utility costs through weatherization upgrades. There is a national program, but want an updated logo unique to FPUA.
