For a 10 page website, do you only need the design in psd?

I would need a design in any format just to see if I like it, and then I would need you to create a website out of it.

We think once you have winners you should increase at least 300-400 USD for the coding and development part.
Please note to complete your project a web designer, a HTML/CSS coder and then a WordPress developer will be needed.

Hi, I already increased the budget and you won't need a HTML coder, just a person who understands Wordpress and uses Divi builder. I have got the license ready.

Request you to please increase the prize by 300 to 400 usd atleast if you want the best designers and developers to work on it and you get the best results bcos the current prize is too low for all this work quantum
