Logo Design Brief

We need a new logo for a new company that develops fishing magnets. We are called Great White Magnetics and thus the logo needs to be cantered around a great white shark. Logo must have a circle border as it will be printed onto my product.
My vision is to focus on it's gaping mouth, as if opening wide about to bite something. I would like the mouth to be quite wide but still in proportion as there will be an eyelet on the product that will impede some of the logo (photo attached of magnet & eyelet). In terms of colours i want natural shark colours used in conjunction with other colours to instil fear & danger which is associated with magnet fishing. For example red eyes. I want the shark to look evil or possessed.
It would be great if this logo could work as a 2 tone logo to print onto boxes and other merch. But it is not the be all and end all.
Happy to explore option with text overlay stating "Great White Magnetics" but if it takes away too much from the shark then I would be happy to leave it out.

I have attached a shark photo which has given me inspiration for what I want my logo to somewhat look like. The other photo is of another logo which i like due to it's simplicity yet effectiveness and ability to be 2 tone.
Attached some rough sketches of my vision. However I've drawn the mouth too skinny.

Requirements

Must have

• Update: -Sharks mouth / drawing is the most important part of this logo
  -Sharks mouth must be perfectly centered in order to allow for the large product eyebolt which will impede the logo.
  -Need space on the border to add product warnings or alternatively do not add the great white magnetics text so that i can add it later.
  -Strong and imposing colours to implement danger. Will consider a bright coloured ring around the logo.

Nice to have

• Wide open sharks mouth. Demonic eyes.

Should not have

• -Text larger than the shark. I have limited space on my product and i will need to add product warnings etc onto it as well.
