Logo Design Brief

The logo is going to be a square design kind of similar to the land title guarantee company www.ltgc.com/ I have attached a drawing, that may or may not be of much help. So I want to have the name SimplSell at the bottom. I don’t need title in the logo. Simpl will stay black and Sell will change colors for this logo. I will go over those colors at the end. I want to draw a house in the logo. So box in simplsell at the bottom. I attached drawings of houses that are a similar style to what I am looking for. The one you submit does not need to be perfect. This logo won't be printed on shirts. It will be used digitally, so don't worry about making it compatible for clothing and things like that.

I’ll go over details for the house. If we could have a family of four standing in front of the house somewhere. Where ever they fit, I was thinking off to the left. Just a mom dad boy and girl, and a dog. They don’t have to be that detailed. If we could have a cat on the roof and a bird or two flying in the sky. Let’s also add a sold sign in the front of the yard, maybe off to the right. If we could add some green bushes in front of the windows. A sidewalk to the front door. If we could have a black mailbox out front somewhere. If any of this just isn’t going to fit just let me know. The front door can be white. A tree on one of the sides or both, whichever fits. If they can be different sizes.

I would like to try two different color schemes for the words of the logo. Black will just stay black, but for the color that changes lets try two different colors.
