We are looking for a NEW logo for an existing apartment community in Pennsylvania. The community already has an existing logo (available to be seen in the attachments for this brief) but we are looking for a new fresh design. Please see the photos of the community for an idea of the look and feel that will appropriately align with the community. The apartment community offers 1 & 2 bedroom apartments in Marietta, PA and features spacious open floor plans, private balconies and plentiful closet space. Community amenities include a sundeck surrounding a swimming pool, community clubhouse with free Wi-Fi, 24-hour fitness center and 24-hour business center.
