Interesting project you've got here! Please could you provide more context?
For example:
(1) What's the (architectural/decor) style of the Building? [Actual/Model Images would be excellent]
(2) What's its location/neighbourhood like?
(3) Are there any competiting Buildings? If yes, how does your Building blend in (what does it match the competition in), and how does it stand out (what are its core distinguishing USPs)?
(4) Who are the Target Residents (persona, lifestyles, products/services they'd use, etc)?
(5) What are the core values/concepts behind the Building?
Any other info besides these would help. And of course, guaranteeing this project too.

And regarding your other updates, I think I can work with what you have provided so far. Just one last question: what "mood" do you expect the Brand and/or Building to evoke? Relaxed/Sophisticated vs Youthful/Vibrant vs Intellectual/Techy vs Artsy/Chic? What is your interpretation of "hip"?

I'm having an issue getting the elevations uploaded. The building is a three story craftsman style apartment. Here's a similar project down the street from my construction You could reference a project called rosewoodaptsboise - they have a website and its the same style and architect.

I just studied the website/property you referenced. Theirs is definitely chic & relaxed. Boise seems to be an overall "relaxed" city too.
Since Rosewood is already in existence just "down the street" (and is on top of their marketing game apparently), I'd focus on stylistic tweaks to help Maple Grove be competitive, yet stand-out and remain authentic, while staying true to the 'ethos' of the city of trees.

I think I'd produce two concepts, one that focuses on a Maple Grove Apts that's all the things Rosewood is, plus those heights it just couldn't reach. The other would focus on a Maple Grove Apts that's could last forever. Both would take on the "contemporary-relaxed-chic" ethos, but would have very different approaches in application.
