Logo Design Brief

I have a real estate company that was established in 2004. The name of the company is Bentley Ventures, LLC. We provide sales, appraisals, and consulting services. I'm looking for a unique hip design that will work for a hat patch, business cards, or t-shirt. Our motto is "solving real estate needs with excellence." I think black/white or black/silver is a great color choice but would be open to other suggestions. The design should communicate excellence, which I interpret to be strong, trustworthy, sophisticated, wise, sharp, and elegant.

Must have

• Creativity.

Nice to have

• I like circle logos as they communicate completion or a rounding out of services by solving whatever need is being sought after. We like Black/White or Black/Silver colors but are open to blue as well. Think masculine...deep dark colors that communicate excellence.

Should not have

• No houses or stick houses, which are common in today's real estate logos. Our company is not common but unique. If it is not excellent, then it is not right for us. Please no red, purple, pink, or similar colors. Must not be feminine.
