Logo Design Brief

I'd like a logo for my business "The Show Caller" I provide show call services (think live action TV director) for large scale public & corporate events, shows and sporting events. I would like to focus on the communications side of my job, a headset or similar graphic element and mostly black and white or dark colour base, I have a lot of traditional tattoos so something with those elements would be great as well. Some reference photos of what I do attached.
