Logo Design Brief

The logo being created is to be used by a real estate sales associate (REALTOR). It will be used for both online and print.

It must be legible at a maximum height of 200 pixels. The logo can be a square shape or rectangle, but it must be legible at a maximum height of 200 pixels (150 preferred). Of course, we expect a final product much larger than 200 pixels, but it must be legible when resized to a maximum of 200 pixel height.

The company specializes in mid-century modern homes. It must be clear by the logo that the company specializes in mid-century homes. This can be done through use of designs, colors, or home architecture within the logo. Preference for mid-century home architecture to be used within the logo. Please no starbursts.

I have attached mid-century designs and homes to use as reference and inspiration. The logo does not have to mimic a 1950s design, but it must be clear from the logo that the company specializes in mid-century homes.

Copy to be used is “SOLD by Chase Beach.” SOLD should be capitalized. Also, a tagline of “Realtor” or “REALTOR” must be used.

Realtor is with Century 21. While not required, colors of Gold: # BEAF87, Grey: #252526, Dark Gold: #A19276, and Light Grey: #E6E7E8 are preferred.
