Logo Design Brief

We are a mechanical contractor in the Pacific Northwest (think trees and mountains) and employ HVAC service Technicians who work on all types of HVAC mechanical systems (boiler, cooling towers, pumps, chillers, ect. We have an in-house training program called Service University (MMSU) and need a logo for placing on correspondence, tools, hats, ect...attached is our corporate logo, I'd like the Service U design to be similar to the corporate logo with the addition of tools or gauges.

Requirements

Must have

• MMSU in the same type lettering as the corporate logo (MM), say MacDonald-Miller Service University or MacMIller Service University

Nice to have

• Some tie to the pacific Northwest- Trees, mountains, space needle, or some combination of the above
  Some tools- I'll upload some pictures of tools for ideas.
  Depending on how a graphic ties into the logo this may not make the final cut. I'd like them to be hidden in the logo somehow.
