Using Indesign, design the creative for the cover page of an Information Memorandum for our new investment fund called "Private to IPO Fund". The creative should conceptually depict the journey of a private company that eventually becomes a larger, publicly listed company. We are investment managers focusing on small companies that eventually through time, become larger companies.

Requirements

Must have

• Sophisticated, slick design that caputres the conceptual journey of a private company that grows to eventually IPO into a publicly listed company. Must include a logo. We have included a sample of a cover of an exiting Information Memorandum we have.

Nice to have

• Colour thematic should have black background.

Should not have

• Tacky, unsophisticated, people's faces.
