Logo Design Brief

This is a 100% aboriginal owned company. we want the logo to be respectful and represent aboriginal culture and colours. (not too much colour). We want writing to be bold and simple. The logo itself should also be simple not overcrowded or too busy. The Australian lyre bird is the totem animal for the the Dharawal area. We would be happy to see designs incorporating this if it looks good, however if it takes away from the simplicity of the logo we are happy to also see designs without this. (preferably no the entire lyre bird as we think this will be too much perhaps the tail/feathers of the lyrebird might be a softer less over the top way to incorporate this).
one option i would like to see is bold black writing with a simple light brown tone small portion of a lyre birds tail (not the entire tail) like a shadowing of the pattern of the tail. I envision this to be more like a shadowing in the background of the wording not bold.
