Logo Design Brief

Need a Logo for a farm I just bought. We will be going to local markets to sell eggs, honey, jelly/jam made on the farm. Looking for a universal logo to use for product decals, on our farm and apparel.

Farm is in Louisiana - USA "Shaped like a boot"
I want to incorporate the bald cypress tree (State tree) and we have many on the property.
Last name is Hall hence the intentional incorrect spelling of hallow.
open to color choices, but also want a viable black and white option.
LSU is purple and yellow
Google Cypress "Knees" as there is many on the property.
Chickens, Tractor, Cypress Trees w/ knees would be a nice inclusion.
