Poster Design Brief

I would like a design for four different posters. Each one has a different purpose:

1: The Three Main rules

2: The Rewards

3: The Consequences

4: Consequences

At the moment they are very boring and dry and I would like an icon for each rule with the text underneath?

I'd like the logo on it.

It is for a middle school so it cannot be 'too young'.

I don't mind if the posters are Portrait or Landscape. The posters need to provide pupils with clarity and cannot be too busy. They'll be made into A1.
I have attached an example from another school which has logos - I don't want the same thing but give's you an idea of icons.
