Logo Design Brief

This is a new company and I need a new logo design...This is the primary company that will be the umbrella for other companies, such as an upscale consignment women boutique, another product that is currently being prototype/conceptual stage for Women consumers that will be an assistance to zipping up their dress, etc., rental car companies, and real estate, etc. I would like to see the design with the emphasis on the "Z" since it represents my name with the color red.
