Web Design Brief for our E-commerce Jewelry retail store.
Description

We need a fully coded Shopify website. The Shopify site will need to be fully functional with an Ecommerce integration (fully integrated with Paypal and All other gateways) and will need to be SEO optimized.
We sell jewelry items like: rings, earrings, necklaces etc. The website should have an elegant, modern, professional, fun, look.

Color Preference
Colors to be used are white background with black font and light pink/ purple/ gold tints. We have attached our logo as reference.

Functionalities
The store will function like a typical Ecommerce jewelry store, using the products/categories as the starting page. Going into individual product pages by selecting images and leading to a detailed “buy now” page for the selected product.

We will need to be able to add products and make modifications to the website as needed.

We will need all products imported: (below is information for importing products). We will provide all links that serve entire active item product catalog in shopifys import format:

If you are getting started with Shopify, a combination of the Shopify Import Format and XML feeds is ideal. The Shopify Import Format will output a file that can be uploaded into Shopify’s product database. After you import, you can use the XML feed and a third party app to keep the inventory up to date in real time, take down items that go out of stock etc., all without regular human intervention. There a several Shopify apps that can do this type of feed integration. We have had a good experience with Stock Sync, which is an app that can be configured to accept our XML feed and update products on a set schedule. You can even set your own margins based on our wholesale price with this app.

Shopify Formatted HTML TableTo make it easier to get started on Shopify, we included a format that outputs the required fields for a product import in Shopify. In order to use the embedded Excel file, first open the file (Auto-Shopify-Datasheet-Format.xslx), Refresh it (under Data tab), and then Save As with a new file name in a CSV (UTF-8) file. That file can then be split into smaller CSV files (if there is a limit on the number of products per file) for import into Shopify.
