Character Design Brief

We already have two characters/mascots for our relationship app. We are happy with the general design, but we haven't figured out how to best draw the characters' eye features.

We would like to see designs of both characters with open eyes. We will soon need a variety of new poses, but for now, we are only focusing on finalizing the characters' details. So this is simply to start with the existing example attached and re-imagine at least the characters' eyes. You can also change any other parts if you think it would make an improvement.

The style should be fun and playful with a design that is simple and clean.
