Logo Design Brief

Design a modern logo for a real estate investment group.

We work with investors to raise capital and build apartment complexes. Our audience is middle aged & older retail investors looking for stable, long term investments where they can safely park their money. We want our branding to inspire trust, it should look like it’s coming from someone who is competent, but not trying to impress anyone.

Example logos are listed below. We do not need our logo to look like these, these are more of a "safe bet" design style. If you have a unique take or idea for a design, we would love to see it.

40+ year old retail investors, looking for long term, stable, safe, "boring" investments. They appreciate professionalism and a clean image.

Must have

• No must haves.

Nice to have

• Designs including iconography commercial real estate buildings or trees are welcomed, as long as they are not cheesy.
  
  We like semi-abstract logos, lettermarks, and logos with a wordmark + icon lockup.
  
  Icons with hidden letters are appreciated if executed well.
  
  Primary usage is digital, if the mark works as a single color for print that is an added bonus.
