Do you need same text and pictures (like you have on your current website) to have on new one?

The text and diagrams will stay but will probably be modified in the future. For the design you can replace them by some nice Lorem Ipsum.

And one more question sorry,do you like to refresh web site look with some pictures and what do you like to see?

Not necessarily, but why not. Pictures should include anything looking like server hosting. Servers, Racks, ... and should be open source or included in the design price.
