T-shirt Design Brief

Would like to create a cool character out of the cup in the files below. Give'em a face on the cup, the TC logo can be smaller and moved. I attached a file of that. Add some arms, legs (maybe shorts too), socks, shoes preferably vans like the file below (they don't have to be that color).Would like some sun glasses too. If the ai files are needed I can send those also.
