Logo Design Brief

Background info: We specialize in real estate. Whether it is wholesaling, fixing and flipping houses, doing inspections and appraisals, rental properties, I am also a realtor. Pretty much everything surrounds real estate. We also do other small projects that do not relate to real estate. I really want the design to be eye-catching and unique. The actual name of my company is "Innovative Tier Enterprise LLC" feel free to incorporate the LLC as well if you'd like. The reason I named it that is because we're always constantly renovating and innovating properties and making them better. Tier because we provide the best deals, quality work, we're at the top. Enterprises because they are all unique projects.
