Logo Design Brief

Cueone is a technical production company, we are looking at a redesign of our logo, I have attached the current logos below, There is currently a black , white and red colour pallet and I'm happy to keep that but open to suggestions.
We manage the technical production for corporate events & video productions, throughout Australia ,SE Asia and India and work for clients such as Adobe, IBM and Google.
We have moved into the world of online video production and studio based shoots so again can lean towards that creative world if possible.
I'd like it to show an edge and show a mature and level of sophistication but also needs to be readable to our Asian clientele .
I'd also like 2 options that can be reversed as per attached due to the documentation we have to use.
