Logo Design Brief

I need a business logo design; business card design; and official letterhead design that can be uploaded into a Word document. This company in question is a holding company, which is primarily engaged in holding the securities of (or other equity interests in) companies and enterprises for the purpose of owning a controlling interest but do not administer, oversee, and manage other establishments of the company or enterprise whose securities they hold.

Currently, Silver Spring Financial Holdings Inc. owns two companies (subsidiaries). One subsidiary is an outpatient mental health practice (Innovative Behavioral Medicine LLC) and the other is a bed-and-breakfast, primarily utilizing Airbnb called Silver Spring Hospitality LLC.
