I'm a senior experienced Designer and Print Prepress technologist.
I need few things to know to work professionally........
1) What is the Bottle specification ?
Burgundy or Bordeaux Bottle ?
Clear Glass for White Wines ? or
Dark Glass (Black) Bottle for Red Wines ?
2) Do you have any Brand Name Logo style ? if you have then please provide
any of Vector Files like "Ai" or "pdf "

The label design is just a start for us to get the wheels working. This label will not go on a bottle, just a starting point for collaboration. What we are looking for is ideas for our brand name to be put into a logo that we can use. We are just searching the creative minds on this site to get our process rolling.

BuckTown in the brand name and it is an offshoot of another winery label that we would like to market and define differently, hope that helps.
