Logo Design Brief

Need a logo design for an emerging clothing brand that is aimed at thosre who love the outdoor/salt/sun/water lifestyle. The brand witty, fun-loving men with an adventurous side who live a coastal lifestyle. Some t-shirts will be made with only the logo and some t-shirts will be made with a small logo plus a witty phrase/graphic. The logo should include an Angler Fish. Angler Fish typically have a light that hangs in front of their face. Instead of a light bulb, I would like a feather dangling in front of the face. See attached photo for color scheme, font style, and file photo of the angler fish and feather. Please make very similar to this, but be sure to change the fish since it was taken as a reference from a clipart file. Thanks!!
