Logo Design Brief

We are a fresh property development company based in Brisbane, Australia called "La Vida Developments". We are acquiring the perfect Brisbane properties and land for development of custom, state of the art, luxury homes and selling them to lucky families and individuals world wide.

We want a clean, sharp and fresh logo design with our company name easily read but neatly and sharply presented.

We don't necessarily want houses or anything along those lines in the logo as we are aiming for more the development and high-end side of the property industry, but if you think it works, it may just work for us!

We are thinking to keep it crisp using Black, White and some Gold would be nice. Maybe a gold touch somewhere.

If you have a good idea using another colour we are open to some bright green or a blue. But our preference would be the first three colours but we will leave it with you!

We are very excited to see what you come up with. We are open to abbreviations or full text. Thank you for your time!
