You need to give more details about what you want from a logo, rather than the "brief" that you have supplied. It's currently not a brief, you are basically just asking for a logo with the words 'I Love Everyone Foundation', so don't be surprised if you get a massive range of logos, many of them not what you are looking for!

Please can you give more information on the following:

1. Background of the foundation - what does this foundation do? What does it stand for?
2. What type of logo are you wanting? (i.e. just words, or a pictorial logo, or an abstract logo?)
3. Any colours you specifically want to see in the logo?
4. Any style in particular that you want the logo in?

Thank you all for your design initiatives. I sent a detailed description of our intent with this foundation and I haven't yet seen any edits based on your overall recommendation that we give more details to our goals with this logo. We do not want any picture with the logo, which requires much thought by the designers to weave the design into something that stands alone simply through usage of the letters to create this logo. We also want the initiative to emphasize the "I Love" aspect in the I love everyone foundation logo.
