Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for an amphitheater in New Caney Texas called 'The Hill at Valley Ranch'. We'd like something clean, modern, luxurious feel. Attached you'll find the Valley Ranch logo to give you an idea on the existing brand. We would like to see a design in green and black that can be converted to white when necessary. The amphitheater will host events and concerts so it's should be a music focused logo. It should be able to support performing arts as well as music.
