Logo Design Brief

The Logo needs to represent a group of expert organisations who will design and build (in a factory) Modular Homes built with Modern Methods of construction using volumetric techniques. Housing Associations are the final client who provide affordable homes and comfortable homes for their residents that last a long time and are comfortable to live in. Sustainable colours, pastel colours Teal, Green light blues and blacks are all good.

• OFF SITE HOMES ALLIANCE - (This is the strap-line under OSHA)

Nice to have

• Not essential but interesting to see an icon of a modular home (possibly being lifted by a crane but I am currently thinking the text is enough so as not to make it too busy). The logo needs to be confident but not too busy or bold.
  
  A Home Icon could work. We do not want Housing in the strap (old logo) it must be Homes. e.g. OFF SITE HOMES ALLIANCE

Should not have

• Funky text
  rounded text
  Bold mix of Colours
  Too bulky
  not script just block style text if possible but modern
