Graphic Design Brief

I need a graphic design to celebrate our 90th Anniversary as an organization. We'd like to put it on hats, mugs, tshirts, jackets, etc. PNWMA is a motorcycle organization and our logo is attached. This is the highest Resolution that I have.
Red should be the feature colour. Three colour only. The graphic should be sized to fit on a mug properly.
