Logo Design Brief

1. This logo is for a house. Possible placements include front gate, mailbox, address marker, entryway door/window/floor, towels, dishes, stationary, event invitations, key chains, etc.
2. Black and white only
3. Need a version that looks good on a black background and one that looks good on a white background
4. Not too complex/detailed – it should be clear even if reduced to a small size, or rendered in a low resolution medium such as tile, concrete, steel cutouts, etc.
5. Prefer a roundish shape with a fair amount of symmetry and a “geometric” look
6. Inspiration: crop circles, Japanese mon, Pima Indian baskets (see 3 attached files)
