T-shirt Design Brief

Need a T-shirt for a group of friends who go to Las Vegas every year. One of our friends has a "thing" when after he wins a big hand will stand up, place his arms out wide and yell "poker" in some Easter European accent. It has become an inside joke with the group. I want to surprise the group next trip with T-shirts for everyone. I envision the shirt having his face being big and centered, arms out wide with him yelling "poker". Maybe include Las Vegas 2021 as well?

In the attached photo he is the guy on the far right (black shirt). This is the perfect expression and even has him yelling something. I do not have a photo of him by himself. Hopefully this photo works.
