Graphic Design Brief

I am gifting a present to my wife and am looking for your help to make it happen. I have a 8"x10" picture frame. In it, I want to place a 4"x6" picture. The rest of that space is the creative area I am looking for your help. Let's call it a picture border or mat. I don't care where the 4"x6" cut out for the picture is. You get to decide. The border or mat is to have a #75Hard theme. Images are below. You can incorporate some/all or add your own design.
