Logo Design Brief

We need a logo that demonstrates that we train like a monk. We look after our mind, just as much our body. Although, not taking away from the fact that we like to train hard.

We run off the principle Kaizen, which is a Japanese term meaning "change for the better" or "continuous improvement."

The file is an example of the current logo. I would like a more ripped monk holding heavy dumbells of some sought with veins.
