Logo Design Brief

Need to adjust a current design so it can be put on hats and surf shorts. The current logo is just text- see uploaded image. We are a non-profit surfing club that sponsors young kids in western australia to surf and develop. The design needs to be funky and loud. We use the Font "false positive round" and want to stick to something similar but be able to make the "Grom" bigger and above it or have it so the GROM part can go across the back of boardshoarts. Attached shorts are just an example. The GROM writing will probably go high on the back or large on a front leg.
